service@agiftofpeace.com with a complete list of all of the items you would like to return, colors, sizes and quantities. Please include your order number. We will reply with return instructions.

Returns
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Claims must be made within 15 days from receipt.
Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.

Cancellations
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

Shipping Time
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Most orders are delivered 3 to 6 business days after being placed. We will notify you within 24 hours if items you ordered are out-of-stock.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped regular USPS. Overnight shipping is available.
Orders cannot be picked up at the warehouse.

Backorders
No backorders. If an item is unavailable it will be removed from the order, and you will be notified.
